No-Fat Super Carrot Raisin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. canned unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

In a serving bowl, combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon into a smooth dressing.
Add carrots, raisins and pineapple and stir gently.
Cover and chill 15 minutes.
Toss again before serving.
