Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. macaroni
    1 tsp. melted butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3 c. grated sharp cheese (use sharp for best results)
Preparation
    Boil macaroni and drain.
    Stir in butter and eggs.
    Mix salt and sugar with 1 tablespoon hot water.
    Add to milk.
    Add the cheese, leaving enough
    to
    sprinkle
    on
    top.
    Pour
    into buttered casserole dish.
    Add
    remaining
    milk.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until custard is set and top is crusty.
