Best-Ever Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. (6 oz.)semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
1/2 lb. pecan pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tall can evaporated milk
Preparation

In a heavy 4 quart pan combine sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk.
Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Increase heat to medium; continue cooking and stirring to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Immediately add chocolate, Marshmallow Creme, pecans and vanilla.
Stir virgorously until chocolate pieces are melted.
When mixture begins to thicken turn into 12x7 1/2x2 inch pan.
