Easy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes crosswise.
    Rotate ingredients, starting and finishing with cream of chicken soup.
    Add 1/2 can water.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender.
    May cover with cheese if preferred.
