Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken
onion
celery
carrots
1 c. wild rice, cooked
1/2 lb. cooked bacon
1 jar Old English Cheddar cheese
1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. half and half
Preparation
-
Boil chicken, onion, celery and carrots until cooked.
Cook wild rice.
After all is cooked, add bacon, Cheddar cheese, water chestnuts, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half and half. Heat and serve.
Freezes well.
