Torta Rustica - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    13 oz. hot Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    8 oz. refrigerated pizza dough
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. blanched broccoli florets
    1/4 tsp. crushed fennel seed
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 6 to 7 minutes, stirring to break into small pieces until browned.
    With slotted spoon, remove sausage from skillet; set aside.
    Add onion to skillet; cook, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender.
    Stir in broccoli, basil, fennel seed and salt.
    Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
    Transfer mixture to medium bowl.
    In small bowl, combine Ricotta, egg substitute, milk and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
