Grandpa Gilkerson'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 small cake yeast
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Add butter, sugar, salt and milk.
    Mix well.
    Let cool (lukewarm); crumble in yeast.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add 1 cup flour; beat with mixer until well blended.
    Add eggs; beat until smooth.
    Mix in remaining flour.
    Cover.
    Let rest 5 minutes. Knead 10 minutes.
    Let rise.
    Make rolls; let rise.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Makes 3 dozen rolls.
