Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans
2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Stir.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured pan(s) - 2 10-inch round pans or 1 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
Cool and ice with cream cheese icing of your choice.
