Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Potatoes
    1 c. Sour Cream
    1 c. Cottage Cheese
    1 tsp. Grated Onion
    1/2 c. Butter
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add sour cream, cottage cheese, onion, butter, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle parmesan on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
