Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
    1/8 c. water
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. butter
    1 pkg. broccoli, frozen, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add broccoli in frozen state to onions.
    Cover and simmer over low heat until broccoli breaks apart.
    To this, add cheese, soup, water, milk and rice.
    Put all in casserole dish and bake in 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
