Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt (stir in)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Let stand until bubbly and well-fermented, at least 1 day. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Use in 10 days to begin
    another cake.
