Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. onions
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shortening
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
10 oz. bottle grape jelly
Preparation

Mix first 9 ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Melt shortening in skillet, brown balls, remove them and drain.
Heat chili sauce and grape jelly in skillet until jelly is melted, stirring constantly.
Add meatballs to sauce and stir until cooked.
Let simmer 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes around 5 dozen meatballs.
