Curried Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    2 c. beef broth
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style or whole green beans, drained
Preparation
    Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble.
    Drain off pan drippings.
    Stir in onion and next 5 ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is done.
    Add green beans and cook just until beans are heated.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
