Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. dry milk powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. pumpkin
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl.
In large bowl, combine other ingredients and then add dry ones.
Spray muffin tins with Pam.
Fill and bake for 17 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Refrigerate after baking.
Yield:
12 muffins.
