Mexican Dinner Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 tortillas
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in a large skillet.
    In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes and spices.
    Mash tomatoes with potato masher. Add tomato mixture to meat mixture.
    In a 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of tortillas, meat mixture and cheese until all ingredients are used.
    Cover and bake about 30 minutes until heated through.
    Cut into pie shaped wedges; top with 1 teaspoon sour cream.
