Carl'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. canned milk or whole milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Put all in bowl and use eggbeater to mix.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
About 10 minutes before pie is done; add the topping mix in a circle approximately 2 inches from outside crust and return to oven to finish baking.
