Egg Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork sausage (1/2 hot, 1/2 mild)
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
9 eggs
3 c. milk
10 slices bread, shredded
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Drain.
Saute onion and green pepper until tender.
Mix together.
Set aside. Mix last 5 ingredients together.
Add sausage.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove 1 hour before cooking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (let stand at least 10 minutes before cutting).
May sprinkle with more cheese before baking if desired.
