Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
    1 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped (optional)
    1 jar spaghetti sauce (any flavor)
    2 can tomato sauce
    1/2 can water
    basil, oregano, thyme, and Italian seasonings to taste
    1 box bow-tie pasta
    2 lbs mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In large pan, brown ground meat with salt, pepper, onion and garlic. Drain.
    Add mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, and tomato sauce.
    Mix well and simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add seasonings as desired.
    Cook pasta, drain.
    (Any non-shelled pasta will work fine, such as bow-ties).
    Add to meat mixture.
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Add half of mixture, sprinkle with half of cheese.
    Add remaining mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is thoroughly melted.
