Seven Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 c. corn, drained
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    3/4 lb. lean uncooked hamburger, seasoned with salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1/4 c. water
    4 strips bacon, cut in half
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place rice and corn in a 2-quart glass casserole dish with tight-fitting lid.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pour tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water over 1st two layers. Add remaining ingredients, covering with bacon.
