Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 medium can Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp. coconut extract

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar.
Add oil.
Sift together baking powder, salt, sugar and flour.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to eggs and sugar.
Add extracts and Angel Flake coconut.
Grease and flour tube pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
