Pineapple Chicken(Po Lo Chi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. uncooked chicken meat
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 c. onions
    1 c. celery
    10 water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 large slices canned pineapple
    4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Dredge uncooked chicken meat (cut in 1-inch pieces) with a mixture of the cornstarch, salt and cold water.
    Add the soy sauce.
    Saute the onions (sliced lengthwise) in the oil for about 2 minutes and remove from pan.
    Saute celery (cut diagonally) and water chestnuts (sliced lengthwise) in oil for 2 minutes or less and remove from pan.
