Jane Cole Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate.
Let cool.
Beat eggs.
Add sugar, flour and vanilla to eggs.
Stir in chocolate mixture.
Add pecans.
Pour into well greased or paper-lined muffin tins.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
