Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. hot milk
    1 c. cream
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. elbow macaroni or 7 oz. pkg., cooked and drained
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Put butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk and cream in blender for 35 seconds.
    Add onion and cheeses.
    Mix ingredients with cooked macaroni in 2-quart casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
