Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
2 c. coconut
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 box white cake mix
Preparation

Follow directions on the cake mix box for making two layers. When layers are baked and cooled, split each layer, making 4 layers.
Mix together the ingredients for filling and icing. After mixing thoroughly, spread between layers, on top and sides. Refrigerate overnight. Must be kept refrigerated.
This cake is very moist and not too sweet.
