Buttermilk Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    Cocoa Buttermilk Frosting
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine butter, cocoa and 1 cup water.
    Bring to boil; stir constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, soda and salt; stir in eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Add cocoa mixture; mix until blended. Pour into one greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan or 2 (11 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch) baking pans or 2 (9 x 9 x 2-inch) pans. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Immediately pour frosting over brownies; spread evenly.
    Cool; cut into bars.
    Makes 60.
