Glazed Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar (12 oz.) orange marmalade
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 to 3 lb. pork loin roast
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine orange marmalade and spices.
Brush half of glaze over roast.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and baste roast with remaining glaze.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes longer or until meat thermometer registers 170\u00b0. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
