Fluffy Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs
7 c. sifted flour
1 c. warm water
Preparation

Cream together Crisco, sugar and salt. Pour over this mixture 1 cup boiling water.
Set aside.
Mix yeast with warm water.
Beat 2 eggs and mix with yeast mixture when it is cool.
Add this to first mixture.
Add 7 cups plain flour.
Mix with hand.
Cover with wax paper.
Let set on counter until double in bulk. Cover after you push down.
Place in refrigerator until ready to make into rolls.
Let rolls rise until double.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
