Chicken, Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked shredded chicken
    1 small jar salsa
    1 tsp. cumin
    6 flour tortilla shells
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 small can enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in chicken, salsa, cream cheese and cumin. Heat thoroughly. Add 1 cup grated cheese and stir until melted. Spoon mixture in shells and wrap. Lay in 9 x 13 pan. Pour enchilada sauce over enchiladas, then sprinkle grated cheese over this. Bake in oven 15 minutes.
