Dan'S Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. milk
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Add milk, sugar and cocoa.
Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil for 5 to 8 minutes.
To test for hardness, let drop of hot mixture fall from spoon into cup of cold water.
If drop forms into a small, firm ball, mixture is \"hard\" enough.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Beat briskly until mixture begins to get thick.
Do not overbeat.
Pour into buttered pan or dish.
Cool and enjoy!
