Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. chunk-style peanut butter
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. each: salt and vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/8 tsp. baking powder
1 c. moist flaked or shredded coconut
Preparation

In large bowl beat butter and peanut butter until blended. Add sugar; beat well.
Beat in egg, salt and vanilla.
Stir together flour, soda and baking powder.
Stir into butter mixture until well blended.
Stir in coconut.
