Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    kosher salt
Preparation
    Soften dry yeast in warm water.
    Add salt, sugar and flour. Knead, then roll into ropes and twist into pretzel shape.
    Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse (kosher) salt.
    Let rise until desired size.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
