Pizza Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes
    1/2 c. salt
    1 pt. olive oil
    3 lb. onions
    6 hot peppers
    6 green peppers
    2 garlic buds
    6 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Make juice from tomatoes.
    Cook peppers, onion and garlic until well done.
    Put in a blender.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook until thick, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal.
