Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. rice (not instant)
    1 lb. zucchini squash, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 or 3 tomatoes, diced
Preparation
    Layer the ingredients in a buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Sprinkle with a little brown sugar, dash of pepper, 2 teaspoons sweet basil and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Check it after 1 hour.
