Red Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped red peppers
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Put peppers and onion in food processor for a few seconds, then combine with other ingredients.
    Cook on high heat about 30 minutes.
    Keep stirring to prevent sticking.
    Keeps a long time in refrigerator.
    Good on hot dogs, hamburgers or to eat with green vegetables.
