Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless meat, cut up finely (your choice, beef roast, pork roast or chops, turkey breast, chicken breast)
    1 (50 oz.) can Campbell's cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup (can purchase at Gordon Foods)
    2 tsp. pepper
    approximately 6 to 8 c. finely chopped vegetables (your choice; I have used onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, red and green peppers, pea pods, peas, green beans and celery)
    mashed potatoes, rice or noodles
Preparation
    Using electric frypan, put sliced meat in pan with approximately 1/2 cup of water and cook at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
    As meat is cooking, prepare vegetables and add to meat; cook for approximately 30 minutes or until tender.
    Add can of soup with approximately 1 cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add pepper.
    Serve.
