Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread (any kind)
    1 lb. bulk sausage or crumbled links
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Tear up bread and place pieces in a greased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
    Brown and drain sausage or links in skillet.
    Drain off fat.
    Spoon meat over bread.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over mixture in baking dish.
    Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cheese will rise to top during baking.
    Can prepare the night before; cover and refrigerate.
    Breakfast cooks without any effort.
    Try serving along with fruit cups.
