Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 pkg. stuffing (4 oz.)
    3 c. yellow squash
    salt and pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (2 oz.) can pimento
Preparation
    Cook and drain squash.
    Drain and chop pimento.
    Melt margarine and stir in stuffing.
    Line a 2-quart dish with 1/2 of mixture.
    Mix other ingredients and spoon on top of stuffing in dish.
    Cover with balance of stuffing and bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
