Seven-Cup Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated coconut
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. crumbled pineapple
1 c. fruit cocktail
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours, or at least one day.
The reason for this is the salad actually improves in taste after it sits in refrigerator.
