Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. pears, peeled and grated
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla and pears.
    Mix all together. Bake in a large loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
