Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. milk or tomato juice
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. onion juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. parsley, minced
    1 egg
Preparation
    Scald milk or tomato juice.
    Add to bread crumbs.
    Add meat, seasonings and slightly beaten egg.
    Pack well in greased pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot with tomato or brown sauce.
    Serves 6.
