Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach
    1 medium red onion, sliced
    3 to 5 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
    1/2 oz. mushrooms (optional)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and dry spinach.
    Cut into bite sized pieces.
    In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, onion, bacon and mushrooms.
    In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
    Serves 6.
