Ingredients

1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can (15 oz.) drained pineapple tidbits
1 can (16 oz.) chopped drained apricots
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
red food coloring (few drops)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Gradually add salad dressing to softened cream cheese, blending well.
Stir in fruit, sugar and red food coloring.
Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream.
Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Freeze.
Unmold onto platter.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
