Company Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 pkg. bacon
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    3 small tubs sour cream
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower until tender.
    Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble.
    Mix bacon grease into each carton sour cream.
    Using a very large, deep casserole dish or dividing in two layers in the following order:
    cauliflower, bacon, sour cream and cheeses. Continue to layer until everything is used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until the cheese is melted throughout.
