Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. 40% bran flakes (approximately 1 box)
5 c. plain flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add eggs and liquids.
Add nuts and mix well.
Store in the refrigerator in tightly covered container. Will keep up to 6 weeks.
Bake as needed at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yields 60 muffins.
