Rice And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    4 to 6 pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion
    1 large tomato sauce
Preparation
    Grease bottom and sides of a 12 x 8-inch shallow pan.
    Pour rice evenly over bottom.
    Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Place on top of rice.
    Spread onion evenly over pork chops.
    Pour tomato sauce over all.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until pork chops are brown.
