Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. white horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, remove skin
    and bones.
    Combine salmon with remaining ingredients (except
    nuts
    and
    parsley). Mix thoroughly.
    Chill several hours.
    Shape into
    ball or log. Combine nuts and parsley and cover salmon
    shape.
    Chill
    well. Serve with crackers or small rye rounds.
