Sun Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. oats
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Place first
    4 ingredients in bowl.
    Blend other ingredients until creamy.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place 1/3 cup measurements on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
    Press with fork to burger
    shape.
    Bake
    at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes, turning once. Makes 1 dozen.
