Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Ritz crackers
    6 or 8 chicken breasts or 2 whole chickens
    2 cans soup (1 cream of onion and 1 cream of celery)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Butter oblong Pyrex dish or 2 square ones.
    Crumble 1/2 box of Ritz into Pyrex dish.
    Cut up 1/2 stick of margarine on top of crackers.
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Add 2 layers of chicken and water chestnuts.
