Parsley Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sized potatoes, boiled, with skin on
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh parsley, chopped (do not decrease or omit)
    2 medium onions, finely minced
Preparation
    Wash potatoes well.
    Cover with water; boil until tender. Cool, peel and cut in 1/8-inch slices.
    Combine celery seed, mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish and salt.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, mix parsley and onions.
