Stack Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1/2 red onion, sliced
    1 can sliced ripe olives
    1 can LeSueur green peas, drained
    1 can garbanzo beans or chickpeas, drained
Preparation
    Put these ingredients in a tall clear bowl in order given. Cover with dressing (recipe to follow). Make sure dressing touches all sides of bowl. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Crumble bacon over top.
